Time to Graduate!

*Exam Week Schedule*

• Senior Exams will be taken during regularly scheduled class time. Exams are 45 minutes long. Seniors taking exams report only for the exam periods and during exams will have a spirit shirt day.
• Wednesday, May 14: Seniors take Period 2 & 3 exam
• Thursday, May 15: Seniors take Period 4 & 5 exam
• Friday, May 16:  Seniors take Period 6 & 7 exam

*Note* Seniors who have a numeric average of 93 in a course will be exempt from that exam!

*Graduation Week Reminders*

• Dress Code: Young men: Button-down shirts, ties, dress pants, solid color shoes

              Young ladies: Dresses; blouse and dress pants; solid color shoes/ sandals with back and low heel

• For Senior Awards Night: Very nice dress clothes (see above Dress guidelines)
• For Baccalaureate Mass: Gowns only - with very nice dress clothes under gowns (See above)
• For Graduation Day: Caps and gowns with very nice dress clothes under gowns (See above)

Note: PLEASE DO NOT ALTER CAPS OR GOWNS

• Parking: TBA

•  Photographs: If you must take a picture, step into the aisles. Please kneel and respect those around you. We are securing a professional photographer if you prefer to use their services.

•  Financial obligations: Must be completed prior to graduation.
   
•  Diplomas: Graduates should stop by the office the week of May 27th to pick up.

• Graduation Day: No balloons or objects that can obstruct views; air horns, whistles or other noisemaking devices are allowed.

Friday, May 23rd

• Practice for Graduation at the University (8:30am)
• Practice for the Baccalaureate Mass is at Holy Faith(11:15am)
• Baccalaureate Mass at 7:00pm
   

Saturday, May 24th

• Graduation! 2:00pm at the University 
• students must arrive at 1:15
